What does the Cap Roig Festival ticket include?
The ticket includes access to the concert, to the gardens and to our Village where you will find a wide gastronomic offer.
Can I buy my tickets on site?
You can buy your tickets both on our website and at the festival’s box office during the dates and times when the festival is open, as long as there is availability and the concert is not sold out. Even so, to avoid running out of tickets, we recommend you to buy them in advance on our website.
I have not received the tickets in the mail.
In case you do not receive the ticket by email, you can write to ticketing@clippersmusic.org specifying the name of the festival, the concert and the email with which the tickets were purchased.
What can I do if I can't find my ticket?
If you can’t find your ticket, we recommend checking your junk mailbox first. Then, if you have the locator, you can ask us to resend your tickets to the following link. If you do not have the locator, you can write to us at ticketing@clippersmusic.org specifying the name of the festival, the concert and the email with which the tickets were purchased. There is also the possibility to reprint the tickets at the box office on the day of the concert, indicating the email address you used to buy them.
What are the official sales channels where I can buy tickets for the festival?
The official sales channel for tickets is our own festival website and the artist’s official website.
Any other channel selling tickets is considered unofficial and unreliable.
Which payment methods can I use?
Tickets can only be purchased on our website by credit card. You can pay in cash or by credit card at the festival’s ticket office.
Accesses
Is the site prepared for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the venue has PRM access and a special area in the auditorium to enjoy the concert.
Can I leave and re-enter?
If you leave the venue, you will not be allowed to re-enter.
What happens in case of rain?
Weather conditions allowing, the activity will continue as planned. The established protocols will be followed depending on the degree of intensity.
Are toilet facilities available on the site?
Yes, Cap Roig has a health service point. If you need urgent attention, please ask the organisation’s staff.
Which objects are not allowed?
Professional cameras or video cameras, motorbike helmets, selfie sticks, large bags or suitcases, scooters, skateboards or bicycles, chairs or stools are not allowed in the venue. It is also forbidden to enter the venue with reusable bottles (plastic, glass or metal), or to eat or drink in the auditorium.
Is smoking allowed on the venue?
Smoking is not allowed in the whole premises.
Are pets allowed on the site?
Pets are not allowed on the premises.
Minors
Do minors pay admission?
The organizing company, in order to protect health and children, does not recommend attending the event for children under 4 years of age.
In the event that parents/guardians decide to attend the event for children under 4 years of age, it will always be under their company and responsibility, and they must leave the premises once the performance has ended.
The company organizing the event informs that children older than 4 years (included) will have to purchase their own ticket and will not be able to enter with the ticket of the accompanying adult.
In the sessions called Children there will be no age limitation to access the venue. In this case, only children under the age of 4 are excluded from purchasing their own ticket and as long as they do not occupy a seat.
Children under the age of 16 (included) must be accompanied by an adult (father/mother/guardian), and fill in and hand in the corresponding access form for minors, certifying by presentation of ID, family book or passport the paternofilial relationship or responsibility over the minor.
During the stay at the venue, both the accompanying person and the minor are required to present their ID or passport to the Organization’s staff who require it to prove their identity. Foreigners must bring the appropriate documents from their country of origin or their passport.
During the entire stay at the site, the minor’s companion will be responsible for any action they take.
The Organization informs that current legislation expressly prohibits the sale of alcohol and tobacco to minors under the age of 18.

Where is the Cap Roig festival?
Cap Roig Festival is located in the Cap Roig Botanical Garden, Camí del Rus, s/n, Calella de Palafrugell.
Where can I park my car?
The festival has an outdoor parking area for customers.
Can I get there by public transport?
The festival is located in a natural area accessible only by private transport or walking from Calella de Palafrugell.
Food & drink
Is food and drink allowed on the site?
No food or drink is allowed on the premises. In our Village you will find an extensive gastronomic offer.
My diet is special, what services can I find at Cap Roig Festival?
There are different gastronomic alternatives at the food stands. You will find vegetarian, organic, gluten-free and vegan options.
