Cap Roig Festival have a top-level culinary offer provided by Hermanos Torres.

The twin brothers Sergio and Javier Torres, chefs of the restaurant Cocina Hermanos Torres in Barcelona and winners of 3 Michellin Stars, with the participation of 21deMarzo, renew their collaboration with Cap Roig and offer each summer a menu created and designed exclusively for the festival’s restaurant.

A fresh and original culinary experience to enjoy before the concerts with views over the sea which they’ll be offering different set menus each week, as well as nightly specials sourced straight from the market each day.

Trained in the best kitchens in the world, Sergio and Javier have a solid track record with the success of their two outstanding restaurants in Barcelona and Madrid, Cocina Hermanos Torres and Dos Cielos, respectively. With a very personal style, the Torres brothers combine respect for simplicity and tradition in their cooking with the incorporation of all the cutting-edge techniques of modern cuisine.
