In this website the name CLIPPER’S is used indistinctly referring to the same entity.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE OF TICKETS ON THE WEBSITE
The sale of tickets is understood to be carried out at the official social address of the event caproigfestival.com, and the purchase of a ticket through this portal implies the acceptance of the general conditions established therein.

ACCESS TO THE VENUE
To access the venue you must show a valid ticket, which will be verified by scanner. You must show your ID card or passport to identify yourself.
- The Organisation cannot guarantee the authenticity of the ticket if it has not been purchased at the official sales points.
The resale of tickets is prohibited and punishable by law.
The Festival Organisation accepts no responsibility in the event of loss, theft or duplication of tickets.
- The organiser will deny access to the venues to the ticket holder if any of the following circumstances apply:
- a) The ticket is incomplete, incomplete, forged, forged or with signs of forgery.
- b) The bearer manifests a violent attitude or publicly incites hatred, violence or discrimination on grounds of birth, race, sex, religion, opinion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other social or personal condition or circumstance, and, including those who behave in an aggressive manner or provoke disturbances both outside and at the entrance to the venue, as well as those who carry weapons or objects that could be used as weapons and those who carry theft, objects and/or symbols that incite violence or apologise for activities contrary to the fundamental rights recognised by the law and the Constitution.
- c) The bearer presents symptoms of drunkenness or of having consumed or having consumed drugs or narcotic substances.
Exercising the right of admission will not entail, in any case, the denial of access to the bearer for reasons of birth, race, sex, religion, opinion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity.
At the entrance to the venues, the public may be subject to a search in accordance with current law. Entrance is not permitted for items that may be considered dangerous for the organisation or are prohibited by current legislation. It is also forbidden to bring any kind of food and/or drink into the venue.
- The Organiser may refuse access to or expel any person from the venues, even if they are ticket holders, in the event of failure to comply with the instructions of the Organisers’ staff, as well as in the event that it can be reasonably presumed that a situation of risk or danger will be created for the ticket holder him/herself or other attendees or due to apparent or potential intoxication, with the ticket holder taking personal responsibility in all cases for his/her own actions and omissions that cause injury to third parties or damage to property.
- Possession of the ticket does not entitle the holder or third parties to use it or its contents for advertising, marketing or promotional purposes (including competitions, gifts and/or draws).
Failure to comply with this point will oblige the advertiser and/or the unauthorised user to respond for any damage or harm caused.
These activities will be tracked on the Internet in order to uncover the pertinent responsibility.
It is forbidden to enter the festival restaurant without a valid concert ticket.
GENERAL TICKET CONDITIONS
Once the ticket has been purchased, it will only be exchanged or refunded in the event of cancellation of the event. Tickets will not be refunded for medical or health reasons, including the COVID-19 virus.
In the event of cancellation of the event, the purchaser may request a refund within thirty days of the date of public notification of the cancellation, and in the manner specified by the organiser of the event.
The organiser will only reimburse the amount of the ticket, and will not be responsible for any other expenses such as, by way of example and without limitation, online payment systems or banks, hotels, travel, food, meals, meals, etc.
Cancellation is considered to be the suspension of more than half of the scheduled concert.
The organisation reserves the right to alter or modify the programme.
The amount of the ticket will not be refunded in the event of cancellation of the event due to bad weather conditions, natural disasters, cancellation of Spanish airspace or other force majeure not attributable to the organiser.

The organiser reserves the right to apply dynamic prices depending on various factors such as demand or available venues.
MINORS AGED UNDER AGE
The organising company, in order to protect the health and safety of children, does not recommend that children under 4 years of age attend the event.
In the event that parents/legal guardians decide to allow children under 4 years of age to attend the event, it will always be under their company and responsibility, and they will have to leave the venue once the performance is over.
The company organising the event informs that children over 4 years old (inclusive) must buy their own ticket and cannot enter with the ticket of the adult accompanying them.
There will be no age limit for access to the venue for the so-called children’s sessions. In this case, children under 4 years of age are only excluded from buying their own ticket if they do not occupy a seat.
Children under 16 years of age (inclusive) must be accompanied by an adult (parent/guardian), and fill in and fill in the corresponding admission form for minors, proving their parental relationship or responsibility for the minor by presenting their ID card, family record book or passport.
During the stay at the venue, both the accompanying person and the minor are obliged to present their ID card or passport to the organisation’s staff upon request in order to prove their identity. Foreigners must bring the appropriate documents from their country of origin or their passport.
Throughout their stay at the venue, the person accompanying the minor will be responsible for any action they take.
The organisation informs that current legislation expressly prohibits the sale of alcohol and tobacco to minors under the age of 18.

IMAGE RIGHTS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The ticket holder consents to appear in images taken inside the venue by different media for subsequent informative or promotional dissemination, and authorises this use, with each media outlet being responsible for their treatment.
In the case of images collected by the Organisation, these data will be processed in accordance with the privacy policy already defined.
All image and intellectual property rights are reserved. Any filming, recording or reproduction inside the venues is prohibited except with the express authorisation of the Organisation.
These actions may lead to criminal or civil action for damages.
VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
The venue where the event takes place may be monitored by video surveillance for the safety of all participants.
Any video footage recorded may be used as evidence of unlawful conduct or any damage that may be caused to persons or property.
If necessary, the data will be automatically provided to the relevant judicial or police authorities.
PROTECTION OF THIRD PARTY DATA
If you are providing information about a companion, you are obliged to inform them in advance and obtain their consent to the processing of data in accordance with our privacy policy included in the registration form.
QUERIES AND COMPLAINT FORMS
For any questions or queries, the organisation provides general information on the official website of the event.
Those who wish to request a claim form can do so directly via e-mail through the contact address ticketing@clippersmusic.org or request it on the day of the event at the information/ticketing point.
EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
In case of cancellation of the event and refund of the ticket amount, the organisation is not responsible for the purchase charges made by sales platforms.
OTHER CONDITIONS
The applicable legislation is Spanish.
The contract language is according to the language chosen at the beginning of the purchase.
The confirmation of acceptance of the conditions by the user is stored in the computer system of the Organisation, the user can download it and print it if necessary.
The Organisation reserves the right to cancel or modify any of the above conditions, and in this case will inform the public by e-mail, and it is the user’s obligation to consult his/her e-mail address periodically to keep up to date with any new developments that may directly affect him/her.
The Organisation has an active conflict resolution policy that it places at the service of its clients. In accordance with Article 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission has provided an online dispute resolution platform available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr . However, it will be up to the Organisation to decide, in each case, whether or not to adhere to this system, considering that there are conflicts that can and must be resolved outside these areas through the event’s own customer service system.
The buyer has the right to request an invoice for the purchase of tickets up to a maximum of one month after the date of the end of the event.
