CLIPPER’S, as File Manager informs you that your personal data collected through the Website will be processed automatically or not in our files duly registered in the RGPD. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE OF TICKETS ON THE WEBSITE

ACCESS TO THE VENUE
To access the venue you must show a valid ticket, which will be verified by scanner. You must show your ID card or passport to identify yourself.
- The Organisation cannot guarantee the authenticity of the ticket if it has not been purchased at the official sales points.
The resale of tickets is prohibited and punishable by law.
The Festival Organisation accepts no responsibility in the event of loss, theft or duplication of tickets.
- The organiser will deny access to the venues to the ticket holder if any of the following circumstances apply:
- a) The entry ticket is incomplete, incomplete, forged, forged or with signs of forgery.
- b) The bearer manifests a violent attitude or publicly incites hatred, violence or discrimination on grounds of birth, race, sex, religion, opinion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other social or personal condition or circumstance, and, including those bearers who behave in an aggressive manner or provoke disturbances both outside and at the entrance to the venue, as well as those who carry weapons or objects that can be used as weapons and carry theft, objects and/or symbols that incite violence or apologise for activities contrary to the fundamental rights recognised by the law and the Constitution.

Exercising the right of admission will not entail, in any case, the denial of access to the bearer for reasons of birth, race, sex, religion, opinion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity.
At the entrance to the venues, the public may be subject to a search in accordance with current law. Entrance is not permitted for items that may be considered dangerous for the organisation or that are prohibited by current legislation. - The Organiser may refuse access to or expel from the venues any person, even if he/she is a ticket holder, in the event of failure to comply with the instructions of the Organisers’ staff, as well as in the event that it can be reasonably presumed that a situation of risk or danger will be created for the ticket holder him/herself or other attendees or due to apparent or potential intoxication, with the ticket holder taking personal responsibility in all cases for his/her own actions and omissions that cause injury to third parties or damage to property.
- Possession of the ticket does not entitle the holder or third parties to use it or its contents for advertising, marketing or promotional purposes (including competitions, gifts and/or draws).
Failure to comply with this point will oblige the advertiser and/or the unauthorised user to respond for the damage and harm generated.
These activities will be tracked on the Internet in order to uncover the pertinent responsibility.
It is forbidden to enter the festival restaurant without a valid concert ticket.
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE TICKET
A policeman purchased the ticket, will only be exchanged or become the importer in case of cancellation of the event. Tickets will not be refunded for medical or health reasons, including COVID-19 virus.
In case of cancellation of the event, the purchaser may request a refund within thirty days from the date of public communication of the cancellation, and in the manner specified by the event organizer.
The organizer shall only reimburse the amount of the ticket, and shall not be liable for any other incidentals such as, but not limited to, online or bank payment systems, hotels, per diems, menus, per diems, etc.
The suspension of more than half of the concert program is considered a cancellation.
The Organization reserves the right to alter or modify the program.
The ticket will not be refunded in case of cancellation of the event due to bad weather conditions, natural disasters, tanking of Spanish airspace or other force majeure causes not attributable to the organizer.
The amount of the ticket will not be refunded in case of cancellation of the concert due to the suspension or modification that occurs once the show or activity has started and then declines due to fortuitous causes or force majeure.
If the spectator considers that he/she will not be able to enjoy the show for reasons of the Organization, he/she should contact the Organization before the start of the Event and no later than after the first two songs or the equivalent of five minutes of the event, who will evaluate the situation and try to provide the best possible solution.
The organizer reserves the right to apply dynamic prices depending on various factors such as demand or available locations.
MINORS OF AGE
The organizing company, in order to protect the health and childhood, does not recommend the attendance to the event for children under 4 years old.
In the event that parents/legal guardians decide to attend the event with children under 4 years of age, it will always be under their company and responsibility, and they will have to leave the venue once the performance is over.
The company organizing the event informs that children older than 4 years old (inclusive) must purchase their own ticket and will not be able to access with the ticket of the adult accompanying them.
There will be no age limit for children’s sessions. In this case, only children under 4 years of age are excluded from acquiring their own ticket, provided they do not occupy a seat.
Minors under 16 years of age (inclusive) must be accompanied by an adult (parent/guardian), and fill out and fill out the corresponding access form for minors, proving by presenting an ID card, family book or passport the parental relationship or responsibility for the minor.
During the stay at the venue, both the accompanying person and the minor are obliged to present the ID card or passport to the Organization’s staff upon request to prove their identity. Foreigners must bring the appropriate documents from their country of origin or their passport.
During the entire stay at the venue, the minor’s companion will be responsible for any action taken by the minor.
The Organization informs that the current legislation expressly prohibits the sale of alcohol and tobacco to minors under 18 years of age.

IMAGE RIGHTS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The ticket holder consents to appear in images taken inside the venue by different media for subsequent informative or promotional dissemination, and authorizes this use, being the responsibility of each media for its treatment.
In the case of images collected by the Organization, these data will be treated in accordance with the privacy policy already defined.
All image and intellectual property rights are reserved. Any filming, recording or reproduction inside the venues is prohibited unless expressly authorized by the Organization.
These actions may result in criminal or civil action for damages.
VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
The venue where the event is held may be monitored by video surveillance for the safety of all participants.
Any video footage recorded may be used as evidence of illegal conduct or any damage that can be proven to both people and property.
If necessary, the data will be automatically provided to the relevant judicial or police authorities.
PROTECTION OF THIRD PARTY DATA
In the case of providing information of a companion you are obliged to inform in advance and obtain his/her consent for the processing of data according to our privacy policy included in the registration form.
QUESTIONS AND COMPLAINT FORMS

EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
In case of cancellation of the event and refund of the ticket amount, the organization is not responsible for the purchase charges made by sales platforms.
OTHER CONDITIONS
The applicable legislation is Spanish.
The contract language is according to the language chosen at the beginning of the purchase.
The confirmation of acceptance of the conditions by the user is stored in the computer system of the Organization, the user can download it and print it if needed.
The Organization reserves the right to cancel or modify any of the above conditions, and in this case will inform the public by e-mail, and it is the user’s obligation to consult his/her e-mail address periodically in order to be updated in case of any news that may affect him/her directly.
The Organization has an active conflict resolution policy at the service of the client. According to Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013 an online dispute resolution platform has been provided by the European Commission and is available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr . However, it will be up to the Organization to decide, in each case, whether or not to adhere to this system, considering that there are conflicts that can and should be resolved outside these areas through the event’s own customer service system.
The buyer has the right to request an invoice for the purchase of tickets up to a maximum of one month after the end date of the event.
